CDC just open the willing registration for people above 18 years old.

Prepare your ARC and NHI card, click the following link:

Those did not take any shot, click blue "登記"

Those who already take one shot, click gree "預約"

Fill out basic information and choose the vaccine brand and choose the area that you want to take the vaccine

After few days, CDC will text you for being able to make reservation in the hospital.

Make reservation at the hospital and take the vaccine on the day you reserved.
