親愛的臺科人：

新的學期開始了，無論你是資深臺科人或是臺科新鮮人，身為臺科一份子，你應該要認識屬於你的好朋友～學務處諮輔組，我們致力於持續提供優質服務，陪伴你安適悠遊於臺科的每一天！

諮輔組貼心服務系列：

一、諮商服務（Individual Counseling）：我們有臨床心理師及諮商心理師，提供臺科人專業的諮商服務，每週一至週五，9:１0am～9:00pm。歡迎上網預約：https://sa.ntust.edu.tw/WebCounseling

二、精神科醫師諮詢（Psychiatrist’s Consultation）：精神科醫師至諮輔組提供諮詢，服務時間為學期間每週一2:00pm～4:00pm，及每周三2:00pm～4:00pm，預約網址如下：https://sa.ntust.edu.tw/WebCounseling

三、律師諮詢（Legal Consultation）：由律師親自回答相關法律諮詢問題，此為電話諮詢服務，律師電話請洽02-27376140，陳小姐。

四、心理測驗服務（Psychological Tests）：提供多種心理測驗，如生涯、興趣、人格等議題。請先行至網頁進行預約登記，或直接至活動中心2樓的諮商輔導組進行。預約網址：https://forms.gle/2GMRuFjoMcy433mc8 

五、班級講座（Class Intervention）：心理師將依各班（或團體）的需求，將心理衛生講座帶進您的班級（或團體）中。本學期主題為：生命教育、性別平等教育、心理衛生，及生涯輔導。滿15人即可於三周前申請，班級講座申請網址： https://forms.gle/NWYMtaJPL2bpkSbS9

Counseling Services Division Support Your Life at Taiwan Tech

Dear Students,

We invite you to meet a good friend, “Counseling Services Division.” We are here to support and accompany your daily life at Taiwan Tech.

Services we provide include:

1. Individual Counseling: Meeting individually with a Counseling Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist for a series of sessions provides the opportunity to explore your concerns and to discover ways to implement possible solutions. Monday-Friday 9:10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can make an appointment online via https://sa.ntust.edu.tw/WebCounseling
2. Psychiatrist consultation: Meeting with a psychiatrist provides information of psychological syndromes or disorders. Every Monday 2pm-4pm, Wednesday 2pm-4pm. You can make an appointment via

3. Legal Consultation: Meeting with an attorney provides the information which you are concerned with over the phone. Please contact Ms. Chang, 02-27376312.
4. Psychological Tests: We provide psychological tests, including career, personality, etc. You can come to our office in person to apply for psychological tests or you can still apply online: https://forms.gle/2GMRuFjoMcy433mc8 
5. Class Intervention: You can request a specific topic which you are interested from us. We will arrange the workshop/lecture for you. The topics of this semester include gender issues, life issues, self-exploration, and psychological tests. Registration website:  https://forms.gle/NWYMtaJPL2bpkSbS9
   ※15 students is the minimum requirement for applying a class intervention and please apply it in advance of the class intervention.
