In order to better combat and curb the spread of COVID-19, the Taipei Service Center of NIA strongly recommends all foreign students using Foreign students and Overseas Chinese students Online Application System for Alien Resident Certificate(ARC) application, extension or modification, so to avoid unnecessary visits to crowded public areas during commuting and queuing.

The System is now open to individual applicants, which allows students to create their own online accounts to simply apply online with computers or mobiles. To help students who are still not familiar with ARC online application, the system user instruction and manual in both Chinese and English are available online. The Taipei Service Center also sets up computers on site to demonstrate online application. Students are welcome to contact the staff in duty for application problems.    

The following are the procedures to guide you using online application, please read them thoroughly:

Step 1 :Please use this link (https://reurl.cc/Ylz1kx ) to access the website.

Step 2 :Create an account in the system and click the function you want to apply.

Step 3 :Upload required documents to the system.

Step 4 :After the online application is reviewed and approved by the National Immigration Agency, the applicant will receive an automatically generated email notification that requires you to make online payment.

Step 5 :After you have successfully made payment online, you will receive an automatically generated email notification indicating that you could go to the designated service center to obtain your certificate with payment receipt.
