本校 2026 年度 Springer Nature 期刊轉型合約之開放取用（Open Access, OA）文章處理費（APC）免收額度，目前已全數使用完畢。

自本年 8/13起至 12/31止，凡經該出版社審查通過並接受發表（Accepted）之期刊論文，本校將無法再提供 OA 補助。若作者仍選擇以開放取用模式(OA)發表，相關費用須由作者或研究計畫經費自行負擔。

2026 Springer Nature Open Access (OA) Publishing Quota Fully Used

Dear Faculty Members and Students,

The University's 2026 Open Access (OA) publishing quota under the Springer Nature Transformative Agreement has been fully utilized.

From August 13 to December 31, 2026, APC waivers, will no longer be available for articles accepted for publication by Springer Nature during this period.

If authors choose to publish under the Open Access (OA) model, the associated costs (APC) must be borne by the authors.
