Please change your school administration system password and email password regularly.

【Security】Please change your school administration system password and email password regularly.
Due to recent incidents of multiple campus account and password leaks, all teachers and students are requested to regularly change their passwords for the school administration system and email. Please note the following:
1. If you have traveled abroad and used the school administration system or email from overseas, be sure to change your password after returning to China; the security protection mechanisms of free WIFI devices in some overseas airports, hotels and scenic spots are low, and they are often exploited by hackers or stolen and sold by unscrupulous employees.
2. Do not use the same username and password for all systems. Some people use the same password for everything, but if it is leaked, all your personal usernames and passwords can be stolen.
■Common username and password leakage patterns → When using a website that requires registration, you need to leave your email address and password. If this information is leaked, hackers can use this email address and password to try to log in to your Gmail, Facebook, Line, Instagram, YouTube, school administration system, school email, online banking, securities accounts, etc.
3. Do not use proxy programs for course selection. Proxy programs store account passwords in the cloud or on other servers, which are easily leaked and can cause losses.
4. Regularly (weekly recommended) back up your important emails and contacts.
5. Do not download, install, or use illegal software. Some pirated software and plug-ins can remotely steal account passwords or files.
6. If you have ever logged into your web mail or official system on a public computer or someone else's computer and your account password has been recorded, please change your password using your own computer or a secure computer.
7. Always be aware of your surroundings. When logging into the system on your computer, check if you are being monitored by devices or remotely recorded by someone else's mobile phone. If you have any doubts, please change your password in a safe place.
