申請流程與時程（請務必留意審查與行政作業需時）

• 申請截止日：2026 年 1 月 9 日
• 審查及面試：2026 年 1 月 – 2 月
• 結果公布：2026 年 3 月中旬
• 訓練開始：2026 年 7 月起（可依簽證等因素協調開始日期）

NIMS 提供之補助內容

• 筑波宿舍費用補助
• 每月 120,000 日圓之生活費

We are now accepting applications for 2026 International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP).

To apply, please send the filled application form (attached) and academic transcripts for the bachelor’s and master’s degree of the applicant to at nims-graduate@nims.go.jp <mailto:nims-graduate@nims.go.jp> .

We recommend that students contact their preferred NIMS researcher before applying to confirm alignment with their research theme, using the NIMS Researchers Directory Service SAMURAI:https://samurai.nims.go.jp/?locale=en.

Please note that our application process requires time for reviews and administrative procedures. To ensure timely processing, the schedule is as follows:

• Application Deadline:  　   9 January 2026　　
• Screening and Interview:  　January 2026 - February 2026　　
• Announcement of result: 　 Mid-March 2026
• Training Start:             from July 2026
