一、財團法人工業技術研究院執行國家科學及技術委員會「產業高階人才培訓計畫」，為使外籍碩博士人才深入了解臺灣職場文化，同時掌握相關在臺就業之職缺資訊，將陸續舉辦「外籍碩博士人才留臺就業媒合暨說明會」活動。

二、本活動邀請在臺工作之外籍專業人士分享工作經驗，同時安排企業至會場進行媒合，提供外籍碩博士人才與企業有互動面談的機會，促留臺就業契機。
