在現今的概況中，新聞自由和新聞工作者面臨著前所未有的挑戰。
講者Shataakshi Verma，作為無國界記者（RSF）的專案與發展經理（Projects and Development Manager），將帶領大家探討全球新聞自由的現狀及其重要性。
自2018年以來，無國界記者積極參與推動新聞自由的行動。Verma將介紹RSF在促進新聞自由方面的成就與挑戰，並闡述社會各界如何共同努力來保護這一基本權利。
In today's landscape, press freedom and journalists face unprecedented challenges. Shataakshi Verma, Project and Development Manager at Reporters Without Borders (RSF), Asia Pacific Bureau in Taipei, will guide us in exploring the current state of global press freedom and its significance.
Since 2018, Reporters Without Borders has actively engaged in promoting press freedom. Verma will introduce RSF's achievements and challenges in advancing press freedom, and will discuss how various sectors of the society can work together to safeguard this fundamental right.
