大家好：

1. 近來奧多比公司(Adobe Inc.)多次來函，指稱校內資訊設備(桌機、筆電、伺服器等)有安裝或使用該公司非合法授權軟體的狀況(IP紀錄)；故請大家在安裝或使用所有軟體前，務必取得合法之授權，才可以安裝或使用。若該公司提起相關法律訴訟，法律責任將由個人自行承擔負責。
2. 請各位長官、老師、同仁、同學詳細檢視所屬公務電腦、筆電、伺服器(含所轄之辦公室、實驗室、研究室、電腦教室)內安裝之軟體是否為合法軟體，若有安裝不合法之軟體，請立即移除，且不可再安裝或使用。
3. 請老師及同學特別注意，實驗室或研究室的電腦與筆電，請確認無安裝或使用未授權或不合法軟體(無論是廠商安裝、學長姐安裝、自己安裝、其他人安裝)；每個IP都有管理人(及使用人)，若該IP的電腦(資通訊設備)遭通報軟體侵權或資安事件，管理人及使用人需負相關法律責任。
4. 目前許多軟體都有自動更新或回傳機制(包括破解版的軟體)，會記錄使用的IP、日期時間等相關資訊做為法律證據，故請大家切勿安裝或使用不合法的軟體。
5. 若有承接他人(同事、同學、學長姐等)移交之電腦、筆電、伺服器，請於備份重要資料後，務必將所有磁碟機格式化後重新安裝作業系統。
6. 本校授權軟體使用僅限教職員工使用之公務電腦，教職員工私人購置電腦或筆電切勿安裝及使用。(在校學生可將本校授權軟體安裝於私人的電腦或筆電)。
7. 同學、老師、職員、其他人之私人電腦、筆電、手機、平板等資通訊設備，以學校網路(有線及無線)及IP連接網際網路，若使用非法軟體遭紀錄進而遭查獲、檢舉，法律責任將由個人自行承擔負責。

Hello everyone:

1. Recently, Adobe Inc. has sent many letters, alleging that the school’s information equipment (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.) has installed or used illegally authorized software from the company (IP records); therefore, please Before installing or using all software, everyone must obtain legal authorization before installing or using it. If the company files relevant legal proceedings, the legal liability will be borne by the individual himself.
2. All officers, teachers, colleagues, and students are requested to check in detail whether the software installed in their official computers, laptops, and servers (including offices, laboratories, research rooms, and computer classrooms under their jurisdiction) is legal software. Legal software, please remove it immediately, and do not install or use it again.
3. Please pay special attention to teachers and students. Please confirm that there is no installation or use of unauthorized or illegal software on the computers and laptops in the laboratory or research room (whether it is installed by the manufacturer, installed by senior sisters, installed by yourself, or installed by others); Each IP has a manager (and user). If the computer (information and communication equipment) of the IP is notified of software infringement or information security incidents, the manager and user shall bear relevant legal responsibilities.
4. At present, many softwares have an automatic update or return mechanism (including cracked software), which will record the used IP, date and time and other relevant information as legal evidence, so please do not install or use illegal software.
5. If there are computers, laptops, or servers that are handed over by others (colleagues, classmates, senior sisters, etc.), please make sure to format all disk drives and reinstall the operating system after backing up important data.
6. The use of software authorized by the school is limited to official computers for faculty and staff. Faculty and staff do not install and use computers or laptops purchased for personal use. (Current students can install the school's authorized software on their personal computers or laptops).
7. If the private computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets and other information and communication equipment of students, teachers, staff, and others are connected to the Internet through the school network (wired and wireless) and IP, they will be recorded using illegal software and then be punished. The legal liability for seizure and reporting will be borne by the individual himself.
