目前正值登革熱流行期，全台疫情持續升溫，又因氣候變遷導致常有大雨，加快蚊蟲孳生速度，也加快個案增長速度，請注意以下宣導，共同預防登革熱。請儘量勿至登革熱流行地區旅遊，且應做好防蚊措施，穿著長袖淡色衣褲、皮膚裸露處塗抹防蚊液。(附檔1)

一、 經常清除戶內外積水容器－徹底落實「巡、倒、清、刷」：

「巡」：經常並且仔細巡檢室內、外可能積水的容器

「倒」：將積水倒掉，不要的器物予以分類或倒掉

「清」：減少容器，留下的器具也都應該徹底清潔

「刷」：去除斑蚊蟲卵，收拾或倒置勿再積水養蚊

二、至登革熱流行地區旅遊(臺灣南部及東南亞國家)，應做好防蚊措施，穿著長袖淡色衣褲、皮膚裸露處塗抹防蚊液。

三、如有發燒、四肢痠痛、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉痛、骨骼關節痛及皮膚紅疹等，應立即就醫，並主動告知旅遊史及接觸史，以利早期診斷與治療。

四、檢附「登革熱防治學校清除登革熱病媒蚊自我檢查表」(如附檔2)，請校內各單位、學院、系所辦公室配合每週確實進行檢查。

五、衛保組提供防蚊液放置於宿舍、體育室、衛保組及圖書館等地提供師生使用。

Dear everyone：

We are currently in the epidemic period of dengue fever, and the epidemic situation continues to rise across Taiwan. Due to climate change, heavy rains are common, which accelerates the breeding rate of mosquitoes and the growth rate of cases. Please pay attention to the following propaganda and prevent dengue fever together. Please try not to travel to areas where dengue fever is prevalent, and prevent mosquito by wearing long-sleeved, light-colored clothes and apply mosquito repellent on exposed skin.(Appendix 3) 

1. Clear indoor and outdoor water containers frequently - thoroughly implemented “Search, Eliminate, Clean, and Scrub”

•Search: It is advised to thoroughly inspect both indoor and outdoor areas of households and activity venues for any containers.

•Eliminate: If any containers with stagnant water, empty them out.

•Clean:  Containers should be properly organized or inverted to prevent water accumulation.

•Scrub: Containers should be thoroughly removed, and any remaining items should be scrubbed to remove mosquito eggs from the container walls.

2.Travel to dengue endemic areas (southern Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries), precautionary measures should be prepared, wear long-sleeved light-colored clothes, exposed skin coated insect repellent.

3.Seek medical attention and inform the medical personal of your recent traveling itineraty if you discover the following symptoms, such as headache, fever at over 38C, pain at the back of the eye socket, joint and muscular pains, red rashes.

4. Attached is the "Self-check Form for Dengue Fever Vector Mosquito Killing in Schools for Dengue Fever Prevention and Control" (see Attachment 2). Each office, college, and department office is asked to cooperate with each other and conduct weekly inspections. (Attachment 2)

5. The NTUST health care center provides mosquito repellent and placed it in dormitories, gymnasiums, health care center and libraries for teachers and students to use.
