1.近來電子計算機中心於校內外進行網路資安掃描，發現若干設備有下列狀況，須請大家協助改善：

   1.1網路印表機，未依資安規範設定帳號密碼，任何人皆可列印或查看列印的部分資料。
    ■解決方式：
      A.請設定網路印表機設定帳號密碼，讓非授權的人，無法列印或查看資料。
      B.請將網路印表機自網路移除，改以其他方式連接至單一個人電腦。
      C.以硬體防火牆進行防護。
      D.其他資安防護方式。

   1.2聯網設備使用預設帳號密碼或未設密碼，任何人皆可由網路查詢到設備的預設帳號密碼登入系統，造成資安問題。
    ■解決方式：請檢核所有聯網設備，密碼是否都依學校資安規範(8碼以上，包含英文大寫字元、英文小寫字元、數字、特殊符號)進行修改。

   1.3個人電腦、筆電、伺服器分享目錄或檔案至網路上，未設定密碼且使用者遺忘關閉。
    ■解決方式：請檢核所屬個人電腦、筆電、伺服器是否有設定分享目錄或檔案，有使用時請設定帳密，若未使用請關閉。

2.承接他人(同仁、同學、學長姐等)電腦、筆電時，請備份重要資料後，務必將電腦、筆電格式化，重新安裝作業系統及所需軟體。

【Notice of Information Security】Do not turn on computers, laptops, servers, Internet of Things devices (network printers, web cameras, access control systems, etc.), network devices, NAS, and other non-essential network ports unless it is necessary for academic or business purposes.

1. Recently, the Computer Center has been conducting network security scans in campus and has found that some equipment has the following conditions that need to be improved:

   1.1 The network printer, without setting the account password according to the security specification, anyone can print or view some of the printed data.
    ■ Solution:
      A. Set the network printer account and password so that unauthorized people cannot print or view data.
      B. Remove the network printer from the network and connect it to a single computer
      C. Protect with a hardware firewall.
      D. Other information security methods.

   1.2 The default account and password of the networked device or no password, anyone can search the default account and password of the device from the network and log in to the system, causing information security problems.
    ■ Solution: Please check if the password of all networked devices is in accordance with the school's security regulations (8 digits or more, including uppercase characters, lowercase characters, numbers, and special symbols.)

   1.3 Personal computers, laptops, servers that share directories or files on the Internet without setting a password and that the user forgets to turn off.
    ■ Solution: Please check if your personal computer, laptop, or server has a shared directory or file, and if so, please set up an account and password. Please close if not in use.

2. When accepting computers and laptops from others (colleagues, classmates, seniors, etc.), please make sure to format the computers and laptops and reinstall the operating system and required software after backing up important information.
