1.請各處室與系所主管、同仁、同學，協助清查單位內及自己管理或使用的公務電腦(含電腦教室、實驗室、研究室等)，切勿安裝或使用無版權或不合法的軟體。公務電腦係指以學校經費購置之資訊設備，不論有無財產編號。

2.請老師及同學特別注意，實驗室或研究室的電腦，請確認無安裝或使用未授權或不合法軟體（無論是廠商安裝、學長姐安裝、自己安裝、其他人安裝）；每個IP都有一個管理人(及使用人)，使用此IP的電腦(資通訊設備)遭通報軟體侵權或資安事件，管理人及使用人需負相關法律責任。

3.目前許多軟體都有自動更新及回傳機制(包括破解版的軟體)，會記錄使用的IP、日期時間等相關資訊做為法律證據，故請大家切勿安裝或使用未授權的軟體。

4.若清查有未授權的軟體或不知有無授權的軟體，請立即移除，不要再安裝或使用。

5.若為承接同仁、學長姐使用過的電腦、筆電，於備份重要資料後，請先將硬碟格式化，再重新安裝所需之合法授權軟體，切勿延續使用。

Hello everyone:

1.All departments and supervisors, colleagues, and classmates are requested to assist in the inventory of the official computers (including computer classrooms, laboratories, research rooms, etc.) managed or used in the unit and by themselves, and do not install or use non-copyright or illegal software. Official computer refers to the information equipment purchased with school funds, whether or not it has a property number.

2.Teachers and students should pay special attention to the computer in the laboratory or research room, please confirm that there is no installation or use of unauthorized or illegal software (whether it is installed by the manufacturer, installed by seniors, installed by yourself, or installed by others); each IP has A manager (and user), the computer (information and communication equipment) using this IP is notified of software infringement or information security incident, and the manager and user shall bear relevant legal responsibilities.

3.At present, many software have an automatic update and return mechanism (including cracked software), which will record the IP, date and time and other related information used as legal evidence, so please do not install or use unauthorized software.

4.If there is any unauthorized software or software that is not known to be authorized, please remove it immediately and do not install or use it again.

5.If you want to take over the computers and laptops used by colleagues and seniors, after backing up important data, please format the hard disk first, and then reinstall the required legally authorized software. Do not continue to use it.
