1.請各位長官、老師、同仁、同學詳細檢視所屬公務電腦、筆電(含所轄之實驗室、電腦教室)內安裝之軟體是否為合法軟體，若有安裝不合法之軟體，請立即移除，且不可再安裝或使用。

2.安裝或使用非法軟體在公務或私人電腦、筆電皆屬違法行為，若遭查獲，行為人須自負相關法律責任。

3.依據微軟公司與全國大專院校(含本校)簽訂之全校授權軟體契約，授權之作業系統為升級版；意即原有電腦或筆電應已安裝微軟公司合法授權之作業系統(Windows XP、Windows 7、Windows Vista、Windows 8、Windows 10等)，千萬不可購置空機或自行組裝，就直接安裝全校授權軟體之作業系統，違反著作權法等相關法律。(新購電腦須有隨機版或是零售版作業系統，方得合法使用)

4.本校授權軟體使用僅限教職員工使用之公務電腦，教職員工私人購置電腦或筆電切勿安裝及使用。(在校學生可將本校授權軟體安裝於私人的電腦或筆電)。

Hello everyone:

1.All officers, teachers, colleagues, and classmates are requested to check in detail whether the software installed in their official computers and laptops (including laboratories and computer classrooms under their jurisdiction) is legal software. If any illegal software is installed, please remove it immediately, and can no longer be installed or used.

2.Using illegal software is illegal on official or private computers and laptops. If it is found, the perpetrator must bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

3.The campus-licensed Windows is an upgrade version, so it's not allowed to install on computers without anearlier version. (The newly purchased computer must have a random version or a retail version of the operating system before it can be used legally)

4.The campus-licensed software is limited to official computers used by faculty and staff, and cannot be installed or used on privately purchased computers or laptops. (School students can install the campus-licensed software on their personal computers or laptops).
