The result of Social Practice will be showed Pass or Fail only. No score is given for this course, and it will not affect student's GPA.

結案報告截止日
1. 結案報告繳交截止日：請於111/05/26 (四)之前完成結案報告繳交。
2. 截止日前送出結案報告，但是在截止日後被退回：最晚需要在111/06/08 (三) 23：59前完成補繳並獲得指導老師審核通過。
3. 若同學未於審核截止日前通過，就無法在本學期獲得學分，案件會在下個學期繼續！

審核截止日
結案報告繳交後，系統會自動寄信通知老師審核，通識教育中心也會在期末提醒各指導老師，但同學仍須留意案件狀況，若發現案件遲遲未通過審核，可主動提醒指導老師務必於111/06/09 (四)中午前完成結案報告審核，逾期未完成者無法在本學期獲得學分喔！
※若指導老師是兼任教師，請學生於當學期完成結案報告，專任教師則不在此限。
※指導老師繳交成績評核清單方式：印出結案清冊後簽名，並送到通識教育中心(T4-832)

Closure report submission
1.Please submit closure report before May 26, 2022.
2.If student's closure report is returned by the supervisor, student can revise and resubmit the report before Jun. 8, 2022, at 23:59.
3.Student should remind his/her supervisor to complete project evaluation before Jun. 9, 2022, at 12:00. The student who is unable to finish the process in time is scheduled to obtain the credit in the following semester. 

※If your supervisor will not teach in NTUST next semester, please remind your supervisor to complete the evaluation of closure report within the current semester.
※Supervisor should send the name lists of students who passed the  Social Practice course. Please sign the hard copy file and deliver it to the CGE's office (T4-832)

實習管道多元，但只要你確實取得台科大「校外實習」學分，便同時可得「社會實踐─免修」的註記，不需要特別作任何申請。如果遲遲等不到成績系統上的註記，此非通識教育中心的權責，請洽「教務處註冊組」。

Course Exemption
There are diverse ways for students to get internships. Once you obtain the credit of off-campus internship, you will get verified for the exemption of Social Practice. No additional application is needed for the process. If you do not see the verification of exemption on the grading system, please notify the Division of the Registrar, Office of Academic Affairs.

Q1.反思回饋有規定如何進行嗎？

Ans：因結案報告是由指導老師審核，反思回饋的形式不管是視訊對談或面對面交談，在執行前有和老師取得共識即可。另請記得準備1張與指導老師反思回饋之照片或記錄圖檔，於結案報告時上傳。

Q2.社會實踐的結案報告什麼時候才會審核好?

Ans：結案報告都是由指導老師負責審核，若同學已送出結案報告，卻一直沒有通過，可以主動提醒老師；通識教育中心也會在期末提醒各個指導老師進行結案審核。

Q3.確認指導老師已通過我的結案報告，課程系統也顯示學分取得學期，是否就代表通過社會實踐呢？

Ans：是的，通識教育中心會於期末考週後匯出當學期通過名冊，並交給教務處註冊組進行成績登錄事宜，如尚未看到成績系統上的註記，請洽「教務處註冊組」。

Q1. How could I conduct project review with supervisor?
Ans: There is no restriction on project review, it can be online meeting or face-to-face discussion. Please reach agreements on this with teacher before you send out the invitation letter. Remember to take one photo or prepare one related image during project reflection and upload the picture when writing closure report on the course system.

Q2. When will my closure report be approved? 
Ans: Supervisor can evaluate the closure report at any time as student submits it in the course system. If you've done the closure submission for a long time, but it wasn't approved. Please remind your supervisor to complete project evaluation. 

Q3. My supervisor already approved my closure report. The course system also shows the semester when my report is approved. Does it mean that I pass Social Practice course?
Ans: Yes, the CGE will export the pass list of Social Practice during the final exam week, and then send this list to the Office of Academic Affairs. If you do not see the pass verification on the grading system, please notify the Division of the Registrar.

為進行社會實踐課程系統維護，將於暑假期間111/07/01開始關閉系統，並於開學日111/09/05重新開啟服務。
