本次研討會由劍橋大學舉辦，將分享劍橋的專家學者對台灣高等教育雙語課程的經驗和想法，並且邀請本校施劭儒副教務長以及中山大學外國語文學系徐淑瑛教授，簡單分享兩校目前對於雙語教育的作法或經驗，並且安排Q&A或小組討論的方式讓與會人員可以交流彼此的經驗。

1. 活動預計16:00分開始，開始報到時間請以5/18通知為主，並請使用本校電子信箱帳號登入(mail.ntust)，方可辨別您為本校師生，以利發放電子檔研習證明，敬請準時出席。
2. 如需研習證明，需全程參與(至少1小時)，在講座結束後填寫並完成問卷(本次將於5/19 17:30發送問卷至原報名信箱)，才可提供電子檔研習認證。
3. EMI課程教學助理可參與教發中心於本學期辦理任2場EMI講座，等同完成教學助理培訓，若需教學助理研習證明，請來信通知承辦人說明參與2場次講座，經中心核對確認出席，提供教學助理研習認證。若想參加EMI課程的傑出及優良TA遴選，參選資格為擁有教學助理研習認證，並且需額外參加本學期教發中心所辦理的2場EMI講座。
4. 本校教師參加本次EMI講座，可符合110年10月26日行政會議通過「國立臺灣科技大學全英語授課課程獎勵辦法」第四條之外加獎勵點數。所述項目需在當學期(110-2學期)完成參與並取得研習證明方可列計。
5. 參與本講座之教師，可登記領取「大學全英語授課：900句課堂情境句型與應用」此書乙本，作者廖柏森教授，並至「國際大樓IB-12樓R01教務處計畫辦公室」領取，若已有領取之老師，將不重複領取。
6. 本次研討會為劍橋大學舉辦，故無法提供補看機會，請有意參加者把握參與機會。

EMI Course Series Lectures- Cambridge Support

in Taiwan Higher Ed Bilingual Education

This is a webinar held by Cambridge university, and there will be two experts sharing their experience and ideas for Taiwan Higher Education Bilingual programs. Dr. Shih, the Associate Vice President for Academic of NTUST, and Dr. Shyu from Department of Foreign Language & Literature of National Sun Yat-sen University are invited to briefly share the current practice or experience of bilingual education between the two schools. In addition, a Q&A or group discussion will be arranged that allows participants to exchange their experiences with each other.

1. The event is scheduled to start at 4 pm. The registration time will be notified in 5/18’s email. To be identified as teachers or students of our school, please sign in with the school's e-mail account, so that the electronic certificate of participation may be issued to you. Please attend on time.
2. If you need the certificate of participation, it is strongly recommended that you participate in the entire seminar (or for at least an hour). Moreover, you need to complete the questionnaire after the seminar, so that the electronic certificate of participation can be provided. (The questionnaire will be sent to the original registration mailbox at 5:30 pm on 5/19.)
3. During the semester, EMI TAs can choose any two EMI seminars by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development for training. For a record application, please email the contact person with a notice of two seminars you participated in. The eligibility criteria for Excellent TA of EMI program, you are required to attend two additional EMI seminars by the Center with TA Training Certificate.
4. Teachers of our school who participate in this EMI lecture can meet the requirements of Article 4 of the “National Taiwan University of Science and Technology's EMI Course Incentive Program” approved by the Executive Council on October 26 (110), plus reward points. The above-mentioned program counts only if the participant completes and gets the certificate in the current semester (110-2 semester).
5. At Room R01, 12th floor of the International Building, teachers who participate in this lecture can register to receive the book, “The Ultimate Guide to Teaching in English,” authored by Prof. Posen Liao. If you have already received the book, you are not allowed to receive it again.
6. There will be no opportunity for re-watching since this seminar is held by Cambridge University. Please take advantage of this opportunity to participate.
