1. 請確認是否有上傳小黃卡或可以佐證已施打疫苗之資料。

4. 未施打疫苗者，需於路跑當天檢附快篩證及填寫路跑健康聲明書，未繳交者視為報名

未成功，當日不得參加比賽。
