近日有多位老師、同仁詢問有關微軟全校授權軟體使用相關問題，電子計算機中心提醒及重申下列事項：

1. 依據微軟公司與全國大專院校(含本校)簽訂之全校授權軟體契約，授權之作業系統為升級版；意即原有電腦或筆電須有微軟公司合法舊有之作業系統授權(Windows XP、Windows 7、Windows Vista、Windows 8、Windows 10等)， 千萬不可購置空機或自行組裝(新購電腦須有隨機版作業系統或是零售版方得合法使用)就直接安裝全校授權軟體之作業系統，違反著作權法等相關法律。
2. 本校授權軟體使用僅限教職員工使用之公務電腦，教職員工私人購置電腦或筆電切勿安裝及使用。
3. 本校同仁使用及安裝合法軟體，遵守著作權法、智慧財產權法等法規。
4. 電算中心已於最新消息區公告校園授權軟體使用注意事項https://www.cc.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1050-83358,r1426.php?Lang=zh-tw，惠請配合以免觸法。
5. 檢附「台灣微軟股份有限公司 函」附件，提供大家參酌。

Hello everyone:
 
Recently, many teachers have asked about the use of Microsoft licensed software. Please pay attention to the following points: 

1. According to the Microsoft Campus software contract which is signed between Microsoft Corporation and all universities (including NTUST), the authorized operating system is a Windows pro upgrade version. The original computer or laptop must have a legitimate Microsoft operating system authorization (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 8, Windows 10, etc.). The new computer must have a license of OEM/COEM or FPP. Please don’t purchase a computer without operating system or assemble a computer and install the Microsoft licensed software by yourself, or you will violate the copyright law and other relevant laws. 
2. The licensed software could be used for official business. Please don’t install the software in personal computer or laptop.
3. The university uses legal software and abides by the copyright law, intellectual property law and other regulations.
4. Computer Center has announced considerations for the use of campus authorized software in the latest news area. https://www.cc.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1050-83358,r1426.php?Lang=zh-tw Please cooperate so as not to violate the law.
