
Due to the recent pandemic regulations, the procedure of grant application has been modified. Applicants for the grants of the Spring 2021 semester only need to complete the procedure online during June 21 (Mon.) to July 30 (Fri.), 2021. The modified guidelines are as follows:
1.Extended application time: June 21 (Mon.) to July 30 (Fri.)
2. Eligibility Criteria: NTUST students who have completed English / Japanese proficiency tests during their studies at NTUST AND are going to graduate this semester (Spring 2021) can apply. In addition, the following two conditions should also be met:
(1) The applicant has not been awarded by any institutions of NTUST based on the same test results;
(2) The English / Japanese proficiency test took place during the applicant’s studies at NTUST.
3. How to apply:
The process of application will and needs to be completed ONLINE.
Complete the application form at https://forms.gle/M1HeWXgDUsbJzy4fA and upload the required documents during the designated period of time. The information and files will be reviewed by the Language Center.
4. Information and documents required in the online application form:
(1) Complete the Google form online.
(2) Upload a photocopy of the test report or certificate (applicants using the test results of a TOEIC test need to make sure that the QR code on the test report in the uploaded file is clear and complete).
(3) Upload a photocopy of the certification of study from the NTUST online student information system.
(4) Upload a photocopy of the front cover of the applicant's post-office passbook.
(5) Upload a photocopy of the applicant's post-office savings account numbers from the NTUST online student information system.
