近期校內外有發生水痘感染事件，最近是水痘的好發期

水痘具高傳染力，主要經由【飛沫】【空氣傳染】或【皮膚接觸】傳染

感染者在症狀出現前5天即有傳染性，接觸者如從未得過水痘的同學，請注意自身健康狀況！

水痘初期有類似感冒症狀:

如有 發燒、皮膚出現疹子(水痘) → 請戴上口罩、著長袖衣褲、戴帽子手套並盡速就醫 → 確診後停止上課 → 通知健康中心(上班時間聯絡電話0227376126)。

水痘確診後需採居家隔離，至少停止上課至水痘結痂(10天左右)，

並請複診由醫師確認無傳染性後，方可返校上課，請同學多加配合。

如何預防水痘感染:

1.預防水痘最有效的方法就是按時接種水痘疫苗。

2.共用物品及環境要經常保持清潔。

3.保持室內空氣流通，避免長期處於密閉空間內。

4.保持雙手清潔，並用正確的方法洗手。

5.患者應遵循呼吸道衛生與咳嗽禮節。

Chickenpox is a highly contagious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus. The virus spreads easily from people to others who have never had this disease or been vaccinated. The virus spreads mainly by physical contacting or breathing, and possibly infects others while patients are talking.A person with chickenpox can spread the disease from 5 days before they have the rash. If you have never had chickenpox or chickenpox vaccine,please be careful.

Typical symptoms of chickenpox at early stage are:

      Fever

      Headache

      Tiredness

      Loss of appetite

 

If you have a fever and a skin rash (chickenpox)

1. Please wear a mask, long-sleeved clothes, hats and gloves and seek medical attention as soon as possible
2. Do not go to school if the diagnosis is confirmed
3. Inform the Health Center (contact number 0227376126 during working hours).
4. After chickenpox is diagnosed, you need to take home isolation, stop classes until the chickenpox scab (about 10 days),
5. And please return to the doctor to confirm that you are fully recover and non-infectious before returning to school. Please cooperate with the school rules and regulations

How to prevent chickenpox infection:

1. The most effective way to prevent chickenpox is to get a chickenpox vaccine on time.
2. Common items and environment should be kept clean.
3. Maintain indoor air circulation and avoid being in a confined space for a long time.
4. Keep your hands clean and wash your hands in the correct way.
5. Patients should practice respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette.
