【Announcement】On November 19, 2025, the load balancing (F5) system will be upgraded to a new version (F5 17.5.1.3).This update will affect Moodle and the Academic Information System servicesthat use Single Sign-On (SSO).

1. Cause：To enhance the security of the university’s load balancer (F5) system, an upgrade is scheduled on November 19, 2025, from 18:00 to 19:30. During this period, login functions for Moodle and SSO-related systems will be affected.
2. During the system upgrade, Moodle and SSO-related services will be temporarily unavailable. Users are strongly advised to save all work in the affected systems before 18:00 and to avoid performing any SSO login operations during the maintenance period.
3. Affected Area：Entire Campus

We apologize for any inconvenience.
If maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, the service will resume earlier.
