親愛的教職員工生您好：

為維護校園整潔與秩序，將依據《本校自行車管理辦法》，針對校內未貼停車證或停車證已過期之自行車張貼警示條，提醒車主盡速辦理相關手續，否則將視為無主車輛處理。

注意事項如下:

1. 未持有車證或車證已過期者，請至行政大樓一樓總務處事務組辦理停車證申請，費用新台幣30元，即辦即領。
2. 所有腳踏車須停放於腳踏車架內，並在車體明顯處貼上本校有效停車證。
3. 無停車證、停車證過期或車體嚴重損壞無法使用之腳踏車，皆將視為無主車輛處理。
4. 張貼警示條時間2025年9月4日起至2025年9月11日。
5. 拖吊無主車輛時間2025年9月15日起至2025年9月25日。

Dear faculty, staff, and students,
To maintain campus cleanliness and order, the university will issue warning notices on bicycles without a valid NTUST parking permit or with an expired permit, in accordance with the Bicycle Management Regulations. Owners are advised to take prompt action; otherwise, the bicycles will be treated as unclaimed and removed accordingly.

Important Reminders:

1. Bicycles without a permit or with an expired permit must apply for a new one at the General Affairs Division (1F, Administration Building). The fee is NT$30 and permits are issued immediately.
2. All bicycles must be parked in designated racks and display a valid NTUST permit in a visible location.
3. Bicycles without a permit, with expired permits, or in unusable condition will be considered unclaimed property and removed.
4. Warning notices will be posted from September 4 (Thu) to September 11 (Thu), 2025.
5. Unclaimed bicycles will be removed from September 15 (Mon) to September 25 (Thu), 2025.
