什麼是媒體？15年前我上了大學，最常見的答案還是報紙和電視；10年前我開始當記者，大家說臉書的時代到了。

但現代，我也在滑脆、看YouTube、和朋友傳廢片，忍不住放空的同時，依然每天煩惱傳統又嚴肅的新聞逐漸消失，

輕快的文字和影像成為主流。當網紅們潮起潮落，許多過去不受重視的議題被看見，同時我們也面臨更分裂的世界，

那麼，該如何在這個時代做一個好的閱聽人？我想和大家一起討論。

What is media? Fifteen years ago, when I entered university, the most common answers were newspapers and television. Ten years ago, when I became a journalist, people said the Facebook era had arrived.
But today, I find myself scrolling through social media sites, watching YouTube, and sharing random videos with friends. While mindlessly consuming content, I still worry about the gradual disappearance of traditional, serious news, as lighter texts and visuals dominate the mainstream.As influencers rise and fall, many previously overlooked issues have gained visibility. At the same time, we are facing a world that is increasingly divided.So, how can we be responsible and discerning media consumers in this era? Let’s explore this question together.
