Starting September 01, 2024, procurement cases valued between NT$100,000 and NT$150,000 must submit the relevant contract award information through the Government e-Procurement System. All units are required to comply to this procedure.

1. All units within the university should avoid frequently engaging specific vendors for procurement. The Public Construction Commission will cross-check the submitted information. Please ensure compliance with the Government Procurement Act and avoid splitting purchases into smaller batches to evade legal requirements.

2. Detailed instructions for online submission are provided in Attachment 1. Correspondence from the Public Construction Commission and the Ministry of Education can be found in Attachments 2 and 3.
