各位教職員工生，大家好:

為配合政府落實登革熱防疫，衛生局將於7月12日(星期五)下午至本校稽查校園環境衛生及登革熱病媒蚊調查，若查獲積水容器孑孓孳生，將進行開罰(依傳染病防治法第25條及第70條處新臺幣3,000元以上1萬5,000元以下罰鍰，屆期未改善者，按次處罰)。

請務必確實執行~清除戶內外積水容器:落實「巡、倒、清、刷」避免雜物堆積：

• 巡檢地點：
  (一)校園公共區域、權管房舍、空屋、空地、工地及施工現場覆蓋帆布、體育場館、宿舍、教室及實驗室等建物之室內及周邊、露台、頂樓、地下室..等處。
  (二)個人辦公單位：請依附件1預先完成巡查辦公室內、外環境(包含陽台、走廊、窗台、桌面…等)之盆栽，清除積水容器，花盆底下接水盤必須刷洗倒扣，避免病媒蚊孳生。(請參閱附件1~清除登革熱病媒蚊自我檢查表)。
• 配合單位：
  各教學及行政單位(總務處事務組、保管組、營繕組及環安室等)。
• 衛教宣導：
  (一)個人做好防蚊措施，穿著淺色長袖衣褲、身體裸露部位塗抹防蚊藥劑。
  (二)目前氣候環境非常適合病媒蚊生長，如有發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛、出疹等症狀。應儘速就醫，若有旅遊活動史需主動告知醫師，以利早期診療及通報。相關資訊可至疾管署全球資訊網(http://www.cdc.gov.tw)或撥打國內免費防疫專線1922

The campus sanitation audit will be conducted in the afternoon on July 12 (Friday), 2024.

Please complete the inspection indoor and outdoor environment, remove the water container to avoid the disease mosquito breeding.

Penalties: According to Articles 25 and 70 of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act, a fine of not less than NT$3,000 but not more than NT$15,000 will be imposed. Those who fail to improve within the time limit will be fined on a case-by-case basis.
