說明:

一、近期環保局至各校園督導免洗餐具使用情形，依環保署108年8月8日修正公告公私立學校的餐廳禁用各類免洗餐具，內用飲食禁止使用各類材質的免洗餐具，包含杯、碗、盤、碟、餐盒、餐盒內盤之外，也不可以提供免洗筷、湯匙、刀、叉、攪拌棒等，只要是「使用一次就丟」的餐具，無論任何材質都不可提供。違反規定者，第1次將給予警告，並限期改善，若第2次稽查仍違規者，則按廢清法第51條規定可處1,200元至6,000元罰鍰。

二、為減少校園垃圾量，愛護地球資源，本校活一、活二、二教餐廳配合環保署及教育部宣導，落實擴大限制校內免洗餐具的使用，內容如下:

校內教職員工生或來賓、訪客欲向本校餐飲廠商索取免洗筷、湯匙、塑膠袋須付費取得(此指為外帶使用)，提供顧客內用餐食時「請勿攜出內用環保餐具」。

• 收費價格：免洗筷每雙1元；湯匙每支1元；購物用塑膠袋每個1元。
• 自民國113年4月15日起執行。

三、目前活一、活二、二教餐廳於各店鋪及公播皆已公告，內容如下。

Reduction in the Use of Disposable Tableware at NTUST Cafeterias

1. Recently, the Department of Environmental Protection has supervised the use of non-reusable tableware at various campuses. According to the revised announcement of the Ministry of Environment on August 8, 2019, all public and private schools' restaurants are prohibited from using various types of non-reusable tableware. For dining in, all types of non-reusable tableware, including cups, bowls, plates, dishes, food boxes, and food plates inside food boxes, as well as non-reusable chopsticks, spoons, knives, forks, stir sticks, etc., are prohibited. Any materials of tableware that is "used once and then discarded," cannot be provided. Violators will be given a warning for the first violation and required to make improvements within a time limit. For those who violate the regulations upon a second inspection, a fine of NT$1,200 to NT$6,000 may be imposed in accordance with Article 51 of the Waste Disposal Act.
2. In order to reduce the amount of campus waste and conserve the Earth's resources, all cafeterias at campus will cooperate with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Education to implement an expanded restriction on the use of non-reusable tableware as follows:

Faculty, staff, students, or visitors who wish to obtain non-reusable chopsticks, spoons, or plastic bags from the food vendors must be charged (this applies to take-out use). Customers are reminded not to take away the eco-friendly tableware provided for dine-in meals.

• Charging prices: NT$1 for each pair of non-reusable chopsticks; NT$1 for each spoon and NT$1 for each shopping plastic bag.
• Implementation begins on April 15, 2024.
