About Speaker

Prof. Davide Ravasi is the director and professor of the School of Management at UCL (University College London, the top 10 universities worldwide for the past decade). His research focuses on qualitative case studies, exploring the interrelations among organizational identity, culture, and strategy during times of change. He also investigates how design contributes to strategic change and innovation. More recently, he has become interested in the development and management of traditional craftsmanship.

Prof. Davide Ravasi serves as the editor of some top international journals, such as the Academy of Management Journal. He is a widely respected scholar and has published numerous papers to leading international journals.
