為因應國際化的需求，以及2030雙語政策，國立臺灣師範大學EMI教學資源中心辦理【EMI專業增能培訓講座】，本次邀請倫敦大學金匠學院教育學院語言文化學習研究中心主任Vicky Macleroy教授主講，旨在鼓勵欲以英語作為授課語言的老師，透過多元化的閱讀教材、故事講述、數位科技等工具，以創新的授課形式與內容，激發課堂的思辨與創意，提升學習體驗及成效，讓老師在授課時更加順利。誠摯邀請各位教師及博士班生踴躍參與。

【演講內容簡介】

此講座將探討圖書、故事與數位故事如何為語言教學開創更多具永續性、創意和多模式學習的可能性，說明英語教學透過數位科技協助建立多語言素養的方法，以期走出傳統教學的範疇，邁向具創意與批判性的教育行動。教師的能動性對於這種以故事為基礎的教學方法，以及語言教育與學習動機的深化，是至關重要的一環。

【Abstract of the Talk】
This talk demonstrates how picturebooks, stories, and digital stories can open up possibilities for more sustainable, creative and multimodal approaches to learning new languages in the classroom. Professor Macleroy will look at how English medium learning and teaching can support multilingual literacy using digital technology and move beyond instruction to creative and critical engagement with languages. Fostering teacher agency is key to this story-based approach and developing deeper motivation to teach and learn languages.
