現代人健康意識抬頭，疫情當前，許多人選擇避免進出較高潛在風險的醫療院所，卻又想瞭解自己的身體狀況，
本校於11/24(四)提供教職員健康檢查，可藉此機會進行健康檢查，歡迎各位教職員踴躍參加喔!

111年度教職員健康檢查活動 General Physical Examination Instruction for All Faculty & Staff
1、活動對象(Participant):全校教職員工(含研究計畫人員)及眷屬 All the school Faculty & Staff and their Family member. 2、日期(date)：111/11/24(四) 3、時間(time)：8:30am -11:30 am 4、地點(location)：學生活動中心 3F On the 3F of the student activity center

◎溫馨提醒Gentle Reminders:
配合防疫措施，教職員受檢當日請全程佩戴口罩，額溫≥37.5°C者無法受檢。
All people must wear a mask while the health examination.
If you had a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher,will be prohibited from participating in this activity.
當天請一律先至衛保組川堂報到，再開始各種檢查流程。
Please register at the Student Center hallway on the first floor the day. (between Health Center and 7-ELEVEN)
