【Forward Message】NTUST X KPVS - Make and Bake

Have you ever tried out some of the most amazing Taiwanese dishes? Come join the “Make and Bake” event by the Kai Ping Culinary School and learn how to make these traditional foods!

  • Date: October 14th, 2022
  • Time: 10:30am – 13:00pm
  • Location: No. 24, Ln. 148, Sec. 2, Fusing S. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 
  • Eligibility: International students enrolled in Taiwan Tech (Understanding Chinese will be an added benefit although not required)
  • Host: Kai Ping Culinary School, Taiwan Tech
  • Registration: Please fill out the form (https://www.surveycake.com/s/Bglza) before Friday 30th September by 5 pm. Confirmed attendees will receive a confirmation letter from the OIA regarding event details.

Learn how to make traditional food in Taiwan:

  • Red Vinasse Chicken Roll
  • Five-Flavor Squid

International students will meet at the OIA, and will take a taxi to the location together.

Please bring your own reusable food containers. You can take home the food you’ve made; no meals included.

Note:  In lieu of the ongoing pandemic, schedules are subjected to changes and so the OIA will update attendees of any changes in schedule in advance. For more information, please feel free to contact Robin from OIA.
