  1.請各處室與系所主管、同仁、同學，協助清查單位內(含電腦教室、實驗室、研究室)的公務電腦，切勿安裝或使用無版權的軟體。
  2.請老師及同學特別注意，研究室的電腦，請確認無安裝或使用未授權軟體（無論是廠商安裝、學長姐安裝、自己安裝、其他人安裝）；每個IP都有一個管理人(及使用人)，使用此IP的電腦(資通訊設備)遭通報軟體侵權或資安事件，管理人及使用人需負相關法律責任。
  3.目前許多軟體都有自動更新及回傳機制(包括破解版的軟體)，會記錄使用的IP、日期時間等相關資訊做為法律證據，故請大家切勿安裝或使用未授權的軟體。
  4.若清查有未授權的軟體或不知有無授權的軟體，請立即移除，不要再安裝或使用。
  5.若為承接使用的電腦，備份重要資料後，請先格式化，再重新安裝所需之合法授權軟體。

Hello everyone:

  1.All departments and colleagues, and classmates are requested to assist in the inventory of the official computers in the unit (including computer classrooms, laboratories, and research rooms), and do not install or use unauthorized software.

  2.Please pay special attention to teachers and students, For the computer in the research room, please confirm that there is no installation or use of unauthorized software (whether it is installed by the manufacturer, installed by seniors, installed by yourself, or installed by others); each IP has an administrator (and user), and users using this IP When a computer (information and communication equipment) is notified of a software infringement or information security incident, the administrator and user shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

  3.At present, many software have an automatic update and return mechanism (including cracked software), which will record the IP, date and time and other related information used as legal evidence, so please do not install or use unauthorized software.

  4.If there is any unauthorized software or software that is not known to be authorized, please remove it immediately and do not install or use it again.

  5.If it is a computer to be used, after backing up important data, please format it first, and then reinstall the required legally authorized software.
